Design Concepts
 1.

Consultation- In the first consultation with the client we talk about the scope of the project as well as the needs and desires of the client. We take photos, measurements and information for your design summary that indicates size, style, and points of interest for your space. We also talk about the budget you may have in mind.

 2.

Agreement- Budget is important because we can design a room from $20,000.00 to $150,000.00.

 3.

Designing- We develop a design concept through analyzing the space and style of the proposed project. We keep in mind the clients' reflection and impressions while designing and developing the perfect living space.

 4.

Presentation- We help the client visualize our ideas through pictures, floor plans, perspective drawings, and samples of color, fabrics and wallcoverings.

 5.

Order process- For each item, we require a 50% deposit to secure the order. On all fabrics, trim, and hardware, we require these items must be paid in full. The remaining balance is due at the notice of delivery or installation.

 6.

Delivery and installation- You will be notified immediately when your merchandise arrives. We will work with you in scheduling your delivery.

Q. How does the client pay for goods and services?
A. Our fee is set up in (3) different ways according to the job we are working on.
  1. We have an hourly fee of $100.00 per hour - For example, picking out paint colors.
  2. Commision - For example, we make a percentage on furniture, fabric, and accessories.
3.A flat rate - For example, remodeling an entire room or completing custom drawing.
Q. How do you work with subcontractors?
A.

For construction and painting/wall covering services, we will make recommendations of contractors who have worked successfully on other projects. We will only suggest contractors. It is the clients responsibility to decide on whomever they wish to use. The designer is not responsible for the client's choice of contractors.
